Marsha's journey began under the mentorship of esteemed trainer Roy Hayes, specializing in police K9s and search & rescue dogs, delving into the nuances of dog behavior and communication.
Driven by a commitment to continuous improvement, Marsha pursued online studies with Penn Foster, enhancing her skills both in dog training and business management. She collaborated with leading service dog trainers across the country and initiated a pioneering dog prison program, achieving a remarkable 100% adoption rate with the dogs and among the male inmates she mentored with dog training skills, grooming and other skills needed to maintain high standards.

Winning with Your Dog (WwYD) (Developed By; Mark Hines, Lead Behaviorist Training Specialist, For KONG Company.
We are excited to introduce the KONG Winning with Your Dog (WWYD) program, which has been highly successful in all our group classes. Randy and I discovered this innovative program March of 2022 during a 3-day Police K9 event. Designed to foster a stronger bond between you and your dog, WWYD promotes a calming state of mind for both handler and canine.
Over the past four years, we have maintained a close relationship with the program's developer, who originally created it for Military Working K9s & Law Enforcement K9s, We have provided him with valuable feedback from both pet training and search and rescue perspectives. This collaboration has enhanced the program’s applicability to a broader range of training scenarios.
WwYD is now an integral part of our offerings, including group classes, in-home training, and as a standalone course. We are immensely grateful to Mark from KONG for including us in this transformative program. We believe WwYD will revolutionize dog training for both pet and working K9s.
